This apartment has been the perfect place to live for the past few years! It’s in a great location being less than 10 minutes from campus and close enough to the highway. Living in 221A has been a wonderful experience these past 3 years! It is the perfect space for 3 people to live comfortably. As a UConn student, this was the perfect place to live. It was extremely close to campus which made the commute short and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The condo was the perfect size for myself and my two roommates. I would definitely recommend it to any college student!
